vacancy : Senior Sales Manager

A distributor for thermal spray and welding materials, equipments and solution in Cibitung (Bekasi) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager that is motivated to grow the business. Your focus will be on generating and developing new clients. This is a great opportunity for the right driven candidate. For the successful candidate this is a huge opportunity in a highly dynamic and growing company to join as a:

SENIOR SALES MANAGER (SSM_EC)

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of sales cycles and processes, development and qualification of the business need, identification of target clients, positioning of product and customer solutions.
• Aggressively manage the sales product ensuring the product will meet the targets
• Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing interactive penetration and improving operational economics.
• Align strategies with regional and global sales colleague to ensure consistency and quality across the globe.
• Develop relationships within the industry, distribution partners, community, business and customer to stay on issues impacting.
• Retaining and growing the margins by monitor and set strategies to overcome key competition.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max 42 years old.
• Highly energetic, sales and performance oriented and experienced at least 2 years as a Senior Sales Manager in similar industry
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university and majoring (preferable Mechanical)
• Strong, professional communication and presentation skills as well as ability to maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and potential clients.
• Experience in developing and exploiting a market
• Willingness to travel to Kalimantan
• Experienced in working in a dynamic and highly rewarding sales environment
