PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering
- Senior staff with 2-3 years experience in mining or cement industries
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Computer literacy is a must (solid drawing, Auto-cad, and presentation)
- Prefer stay and work in Tangerang (near Soekarno-Hatta airport)
- Analytically thinking and proactively work attitude
Responsibilities:
- Provide solid technical support for end user & business partner include with : product information, application, initiative technical improvement and solution problem solving
- Work closely with Regional Sales Engineer to support business partner /end user
- Regular travelling to job site
- Training and presentation capabilities
