is a leading distributor for specialty chemicals and thermal spray materials to
the Indonesian mining and industrial markets, based in Cibitung (Bekasi). This
is an exciting opportunity for a finance professionals to join as a
SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER (SFM_KS)
Responsibilities:
- Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budget analysis
- Create, support and enable alignment of strategy across primary
- Supporting sales and marketing team as they venture into new business development and creative strategy
- Performing variance analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and communicate the vision and work with others to enable the operational detail
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop best practice to meet the needs of the organisation and all its stakeholders
- Work with all structure in an effective manner to deliver strategies and processes to meet developing needs
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max. 42 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree from any reputable university, majoring Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years experience as a Senior Finance Manager (preferable in same industry)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Structured, planned & organised approach
- Self starter, influential and confident
- Having a good sense of humor
