Responsibilities:

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budget analysis
• Create, support and enable alignment of strategy across primary
• Supporting sales and marketing team as they venture into new business development and creative strategy
• Performing variance analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Develop and communicate the vision and work with others to enable the operational detail

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing interactive penetration and improving operational economics.
• Align strategies with regional and global sales colleague to ensure consistency and quality across the globe.
